More Than Just Camps

In a world that is always moving, summer programs do more than just keep children busy while school is out. They provide childcare support, meals, mentorship, friendships, creativity, structure, leadership development, and opportunities students may not otherwise have access to.

Across Franklin and Granville counties, local organizations, schools, nonprofits, libraries, extension offices, coaches, artists, and volunteers are working together to create more opportunities for youth to learn and grow long after the final school bell rings.

County Beacon will continue working to bring those local opportunities into focus so families can spend less time searching and more time preparing for a meaningful summer.
