County Beacon Is Inviting You to Be Part of the Story
County Beacon is no longer just an idea on paper. It’s officially here, it’s active, and since launching back in April 2026, it has been doing exactly what it was created to do: bring real community stories into focus.
Now, it’s time to take County Beacon off your screen and put it directly in front of you.
On June 6 from 12 to 3 p.m., I’m inviting you to come out, meet me, and be part of something our community too often doesn't have access to:
A real space to be seen, heard, and understood.
What We’ve Been Doing Since March
Since the beginning, County Beacon has been telling the kinds of stories that don’t always get told the right way or told at all.
Stories about:
- Real issues affecting families right here in Franklin and surrounding counties
- Community voices speaking on things that matter to them
- Local events, decisions, and moments that impact everyday people
- The deeper meaning behind days like Memorial Day and not just what it is, but what it means here
County Beacon was built as an independent, community-centered platform focused on sharing information and stories that are real, clear, and actually useful to the people we serve.

The goal was to do more than report stories. County Beacon was created to provide a place where the community can tell its own story.
More Than an Event
When you read “Launch Party”, don't think of it as a “come out and support” type of event.
Think of it more like the beginning of reconnecting with your community, the beginning of a connection with the people behind the platform, and the beginning of feeling comfortable sharing your story.
Because behind every headline is a real person, and too often, they never get the chance to be fully heard.
Why This Matters
A lot of people in our communities are carrying stories that have never been heard. Most of the time, those stories disappear, generation after generation, not because they stopped telling them, but because many stopped wanting to hear them.
County Beacon is here to change that. County Beacon was created to make sure people like you don’t just exist in the background but are actually seen for who you are.

So if you ever wondered why we say “Where local stories come into focus”.
YOU ARE THE REASON WHY WE SAY IT!
We Invite You to Tell Your Story
So if you’ve been watching my videos and seeing my posts, if you’ve been wondering how you can tell your story or you just want to stay informed, this is me telling you directly:
Come meet me and let's have a conversation. Come meet your community and make new connections or reconnect old ones. Come be part of something real. Why?
Because you don’t have to be perfect. You just have to show up,
Get Connected Before You Come
